Their collaborative culture and commitment to professional growth make this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career within the electrical construction industry.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support a major project in near Austin. This is a key role where you will work closely with senior project leadership and gain exposure to complex, high-value construction projects.Responsibilities include:Assisting the Project Executive and senior project managers with day-to-day project coordination.Managing documentation, project tracking, and reporting using key construction management systems.Coordinating with field teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.Supporting project planning, scheduling, and cost control.Occasionally working onsite at the project in Taylor, while being primarily office-based in Austin.Working hours are 7:30am 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.ABOUT THE CANDIDATEThe ideal candidate will have 2+ years of industry experience, either from a project support or field background, and be eager to develop within a structured project management path. Our client values computer literacy and adaptability as much as prior construction experience.Requirements:Proficiency in Bluebeam and Procore (essential).Familiarity with Microsoft Office (essential).Exposure to Accubid, CAD, or P6 Scheduling is a plus.Strong organizational and communication skills.Willingness to work both in-office and onsite as required.Package:Salary: Up to $100,000 (DOE)Competitive cell phone and vehicle allowanceHealthcare: Choice of 3 plansOpportunity to work on a landmark, high-value project
