Please email your resume to rosie.finn@! **Position OverviewThe Tax Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of tax planning and compliance for our clients. This role involves ensuring adherence to tax regulations, providing strategic tax advice, and leading a team of tax professionals to deliver high-quality services.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns for individuals and businesses.Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize client tax positions.Conduct research on various tax matters and stay updated on tax legislation.Provide guidance and support to clients on tax-related issues and compliance matters.Review and analyze financial statements and reports for tax implications.Mentor and train junior staff members in tax preparation and compliance processes.Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated tax planning and compliance.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; Master's in Taxation or Master's in Accounting preferred.Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required.Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management or tax accounting roles.Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.Experience in public accounting preferred.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.BenefitsSalary Range $120,000-$200,000 (DOE)Paid vacation and holidaysDental and Vision401(k) profit sharing planLife insuranceMedical, 100% employer coverage of premium for individuals and spouseWellness program with annual reimbursementFlexible schedulingAnd Much More!
