ABOUT THE ROLEAs a member of Rinses delivery operations team, you will be directly responsible for ensuring that customer orders meet our quality standards and are delivered on time while building the success of our valet delivery drivers. We have an amazing team and want you to become a part of it!Initial compensation: $21/hr for the first 30 days, and then increased to $22/hr after passing the training THIS ROLE YOU WILL...Follow Quality Control processes to ensure all orders are up to Rinse cleaning standards and are ready for delivery on timeResolve various issues and hurdles to achieve a daily 100% quality control and order preparation statusPhysically move and monitor customer orders weighing up to 50lbs within our warehousePrepare bags and materials for Valets prior to their arrivalAct as a liaison between our Valets and dispatch satisfying customer needsMonitor Valets routes and adjust as necessary to ensure route efficiencyInterface with our Cleaning Partners to address any issues with ordersProvide support to our valets when they arrive in the evenings and at the end of their routesProblem solving in a fast paced /startup environmentOccasionally drive full or partial routes within the Los Angeles metro area as required by business needs.Drive a 16 foot box truck daily to support business needsWill help support our continuous customer facing and B2B partnership growthBe cross trained to help fill other roles and responsibilities during the daytime shifts as neededMaintain a clean and organized work spaceAS AN IDEAL CANDIDATE YOU WILL...Breathe our core values of Taking Ownership, Respect, Honesty, and working to Delight and Amaze our customersAre able to embrace change and ambiguity in a constantly evolving environmentAre able to be on your feet for a majority of your shift, lifting on average 30 pounds (up to 50 pounds) while keeping yourself in constant motionHave a valid driver's license and are able to pass a motor vehicle records check with a clean driving background; driving a 16 foot box truck is required Are able to keep a steady hand.
