Your work ensures that our customers get the most dependable technology possible, while our teams benefit from smarter, more efficient production.What Youll DoDrive Process Excellence Streamline operations to cut cycle times, reduce waste, and boost throughput.Launch New Products Partner with R&D to translate designs into scalable, cost-effective manufacturing processes.Own Quality Implement rigorous procedures that meet IPC, MIL-STD, ISO, and AS standards, while solving issues through root cause analysis and corrective action.Support Production Troubleshoot issues, clear bottlenecks, and help teams hit aggressive delivery schedules.Strengthen the Supply Chain Work with suppliers to improve quality, reduce costs, and ensure reliable performance.Document & Report Keep process documentation, SOPs, and quality records airtight while delivering KPI reports to leadership.Champion Continuous Improvement Lead initiatives that improve efficiency, reliability, and cost savings across the board.What You BringBachelors in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Masters a plus)6+ years of hands-on manufacturing engineering experienceDeep knowledge of IPC 610, MIL-STD-883/750/1580, ISO & AS standards, and ESD proceduresExpertise with small-to-medium RF parts, components, and assembliesSkilled in operations such as soldering, die attach, epoxy attach, machining, plating, PCBAs, and moreProficiency with CAD/CAM, Microsoft Office, and SAP (ERP/MRP systems experience preferred)Strong analytical problem-solving skillsbacked by data, driven by logicClear communicator, capable of collaborating across engineering, production, and leadership levelsWhat Success Looks LikeNew product launches run smoothly from lab to production floor.Quality issues are addressed quickly and permanently.Manufacturing processes are faster, leaner, and more reliable.Teams feel supported, suppliers are aligned, and customers notice the difference.Why Join UsThis isnt just another engineering role, its your opportunity to shape the future of high-reliability RF electronics.
