This role is key to ensuring the success, efficiency, and tenant satisfaction across our commercial retail properties.What Youll DoOversee day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, lease administration, and vendor management.Manage budgets, financial forecasting, accounts receivable, and CAM reconciliations using Yardi software.Lead property inspections, coordinate maintenance and service calls, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Negotiate vendor contracts and oversee performance to ensure cost efficiency and service quality.Partner with cross-functional teams (finance, leasing, marketing, legal) to support property performance and long-term strategic goals.Serve as the lead for tenant inquiries, lease renewals, and operational matters to drive tenant satisfaction and retention.What Were Looking ForBachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (advanced certifications a plus).24+ years of commercial real estate/property management experience, ideally with retail shopping centers.Proficiency in Yardi and strong financial analysis/budgeting experience.Excellent communication and tenant/vendor management skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Leadership abilities to mentor staff and foster a culture of accountability and service excellence.
