Senior Financial Analyst (Gardena)

POSITION OVERVIEWWSS is seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the Customer Experience (CX) Organization, helping drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for forecasting labor hours, wage rates, and headcount; reporting on store-level performance; and developing key performance indicators (KPIs). Your work will support the development of the annual plan, monthly forecasts, and ad-hoc analysis, contributing directly to the growth of our retail operations.The ideal candidate is eager to learn, demonstrates intellectual curiosity and a strong work ethic, and can manage, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (May include but not limited to the following):Provide analytical support and guidance on key CX decisions using large and complex data sets and recommendationsBuild and maintain Excel models for the monthly forecast and annual planImplementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the store auto schedulerLeverage UKG tools to monitor store labor metrics & attendance to show key findings.
