Financial Controller (imsa Americas) (Houston)

We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our imsa Americas Team!This position is located in Houston, Texas,If you are interested in developing your professional career in cement sector, send your resume and cover note to us.As Financial Controller at imsa Americas you will be responsible for:Ensuring and controlling the accuracy of accounting data entered in the financial systems and providing financial reporting outputs in line with company policy,Consolidating the financial data of business units in USA and reporting by making periodic KPI follow-ups,Creating budget and estimated figures together with other departments and tracking variable and fixed costs, root cause analysis for budget and actual figures, detailing CAPEX planning and cash flow, etc.Regularly monitoring all kinds of stock levels of the company, communicating and informing with the production and cost department,Preparing monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reports and reporting them to the head office and other relevant departments,Making Treasury Reports,Being involved in all audit processes and preparation of tax returns,Getting involved and leading in IT SAP projects,Supporting management with P&L focused projects.This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:Bachelors degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields,More than 3 years of experience in Audit, Finance, Controlling in a multinational company,Audit experience in Big Four audit companies is a plus,Having experience in IFRS,Having experience in SAP, (is preferable)Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,Good analytical and problem solving skills,High level of energy and self motivation,Native level of English is a must,Residency and work permits in USA are mandatory.MSA considers equality, diversity and inclusiveness in business life as a part of the culture of doing business, and implements the policies it publishes and practices related to this.
