The team is dedicated to delivering high-quality services while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.Position Overview We are seeking an Electrical Estimator to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in electrical estimating, particularly on commercial projects. This role plays a key part in managing the project pipeline and ensuring accurate, competitive bids.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed cost estimates for multi-family and commercial electrical projects.Review project plans and specifications to determine scope and requirements.Work closely with project managers and team members to deliver accurate and timely estimates.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and negotiations.Review bid documents to ensure compliance with requirements.Support the development of project budgets and timelines.Assist in the bidding process by clarifying scope and addressing client or stakeholder inquiries.Contribute to improving estimating processes and methodologies.QualificationsMinimum of 5+ years of experience in electrical estimating, with a focus on commercial projects.Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction processes.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; able to collaborate effectively in a team environment.Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.Salary & BenefitsCompetitive salary range of $90,000$100,000, commensurate with experience.PTO policy with two weeks of paid time off.
