Known for delivering quality builds on time and within budget, they provide a collaborative workplace that values professional growth and hands-on mentorship.Job DescriptionAssist in preparing detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor bids to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and senior estimators throughout preconstruction.Perform quantity take-offs and maintain estimating databases.Support bid submissions and attend pre-bid meetings when needed.
