My client, a leading Pharma Manufacturer is seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to spearhead digital marketing analytics and data science initiatives across our U.S. commercial operations. This role is pivotal in shaping how we measure, interpret, and optimize digital engagementspanning CRM, paid media, and web platformsto drive performance and inform smarter marketing decisions. The focus is on patient and HCP behavior within the Neuropsychiatry space, with a strong emphasis on advanced modeling and cross-functional collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with marketing, omnichannel strategy, field teams, and external agencies to translate business goals into measurable outcomesLead the design and execution of analytics frameworks that uncover insights across the patient and provider journeyApply machine learning and predictive modeling to evaluate digital touchpoints and optimize resource allocationBuild and refine attribution methodologies to assess channel impact and guide message delivery timingArchitect data-driven solutions that enhance targeting, segmentation, and personalization across digital channelsMonitor performance metrics across email, media, CRM, and web platforms to inform brand strategyCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, actionable reporting across monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc cyclesDefine and implement measurement strategies with third-party vendors, ensuring data availability and integrity for robust analysisQualifications & ExpertiseBachelors degree required; advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., mathematics, engineering, computer science, finance) strongly preferred5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or digital measurement rolesProven ability to build and deploy models for media mix optimization and digital attributionStrong command of SQL and proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and statistical modelingDemonstrated success in translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholdersDeep familiarity with CRM platforms, web analytics tools, and digital media performance metricsExceptional problem-solving skills with a bias toward iterative refinement and agile deliverySkilled in synthesizing insights into compelling narratives and visualizations for executive audiencesExperience managing cross-functional projects and aligning diverse teams toward shared outcomesIntellectual curiosity and a proactive mindsetable to identify opportunities and lead initiatives from concept to executionEnergetic, confident, and creative professional who thrives in high-impact, fast-paced environments
