What You'll DoAnalyze blueprints and specs, create the design, and define scope and requirements.Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams.Develop competitive bid proposals that meet client and industry standards.Conduct site visits and maintain historical cost data.Support procurement and contribute to value engineering initiatives.? What You BringProven experience estimating fire protection systems (industrial/commercial).Strong analytical skills and proficiency with estimation software.Knowledge of relevant codes and standards.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work under tight deadlines with cross-functional teams.? Bonus SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office Suite.Manual take-off and cost recap experience.Familiarity with scheduling software is a plus.?
