The Operations Lead will be responsible for designing and controlling processes, analyzing performance, and ensuring efficiency in process operations. Daily tasks include developing process designs, monitoring and optimizing process controls, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve overall process performance.QualificationsExperience in Process Design and Process ControlStrong Analytical SkillsProficiency in Process Engineering and Chemical EngineeringExcellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilitiesBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related fieldExcellent communication and teamwork skillsPrior experience in the steel or manufacturing industry is a plus
