Maintenance

Job Description A Maintenance person is responsible general cleaning around the store and helping to re-stock tire inventory in the store. Other duties include handling scrap (or take-off-tires) placing them neatly into the storage area, and many miscellaneous duties that you will be directed to perform. A tire Technician must have the desire to perform above and beyond the requirements set forth in this job description.Requirements Job Qualifications:Valid Drivers LicenseEducation Requirements:High School diploma or equivalentEssential Job Functions:Housekeeping maintained dailyOperate independently and as a team memberPerform and demonstrate Customer Service SatisfactionOperate safely and perform as listed belowFulfill Company Philosophy and Goals Safety Requirements:Perform all safety related items as per the Employee Safety ManualLearn and maintain all lifting proceduresLearn and maintain all general housekeeping and ensure daily performanceReport all accidents and incidents immediately upon them taking place to your direct supervisorWeight Requirements:Lift a minimum of forty-five (45) pounds Perform repeated and repetitive movement consistent within the tire industryOther Duties/Responsibilities:Other duties can and will arise and you should be prepared to take on these challenges openly.
