Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $76.00 to $84.00 per hour.Job Responsibilities: Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting to senior management, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial performance metrics. Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and provide recommendations to support business decisions. Prepare financial presentations for senior management. Oversee cost management initiatives, including cost reduction strategies and efficiency improvements. Ensure cost control measures are in place and adhered to. Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. Develop financial models to evaluate business initiatives. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance. Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in FP&A. Manage and enhance financial planning systems and tools. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting. Work closely with other departments, such as Accounting, Operations, and Sales, to gather relevant data and insights for financial planning and analysis. Qualifications/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of financial systems and software. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools. Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of finance professionals. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management. REF #49247 #LI-POST#ZR
