Job DescriptionI am partnered with a prestigious law firm that is looking to add a litigation Associate Attorney to their team. This position is with a firm that has excellent mentorship opportunities and growth opportunities. Background Requirements 1-7 years of civil litigation defense experience (insurance defense preferred) Taking depos, handling hearings or arguments Motions practice, dispositive motions Experience in state, federal and appellate courts Must be admitted in CA - with good standing Benefits Flexibility to work fully remote (candidates located outside of CA are welcome, but must be barred in CA) Collaborative work environment Challenged with interesting work for interesting clients Standard benefits 401k Standard PTO Salary will be commensurate with experience.
