Manufacturing Supervisor (2nd Shift)

THE WORK We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee the production of circuit card assemblies, with a primary focus on managing our five /(5/) surface mount /(SMT/) pick and place flow lines/. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic thinking skills to optimize throughput, improve efficiency, and ensure high/-quality products/. As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will lead a team of non/-exempt production staff /(20/+/), provide guidance and direction, and collaborate with cross/-functional teams to achieve production goals/. The Candidate will also lead/facilitate a Performance Management team /(PMT/)/. Your responsibilities will include: - Daily supervision of a team, including planning and assigning work - Ensuring teammates are adequately trained and prepared for work - Tracking and documenting attendance and performance metrics -Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions -Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations -Develop and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to Lockheed Martin's safety standards and protocols -Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge WHO WE ARE We are a world class manufacturing center/.
