Position SummaryThe Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for implementing lean production methodologies and ongoing continuous improvement initiatives to support our Lean Journey to World Class. You will lead and support improvement projects with the drive to implement and realize the promised results while leading the maintenance programs of the plant to keep sustainable operations as required by the organization.ResponsibilitiesEnsure that all Facility systems meet safety and operational standards through inhouse and vendor supported PM programsOversee daily activities of the maintenance personnel to ensure top operating condition of equipment and systemsEnsure total compliance with established safety, quality, and environmental policies and proceduresAssist and support the EHS manager as needed to support plant safety programsSupport the maintenance manager in the daily maintenance department operationPartner with EHS manager (as needed) to support plant safety programs/initiativesSupport line efficiency by ensuring team is available and can assist with improvements through preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment upgrades and focused improvement effortsAssist Project managers and the management team in line upgrades and new machine installsCommunicate daily with the maintenance team Leads and maintenance personnel to review department operationMonitor CMMS functionality and assist in updating and optimizing the predictive and preventive maintenance programPromote the Maintenance Roadmap portion of the Manufacturing Excellence programEffectively track and communicate Maintenance KPI's to the maintenance managerCommunicate daily with the Maintenance Planner for daily maintenance planning and schedulingAssist as needed when MRO issues arise ( contacting OEM, Outside vendors, Contractors, etc.)Communicate daily with the Parts Coordinator and 3rd party parts department to ensure MRO needs are metEffectively communicate with OEM representatives and vendors for technical support and spare parts managementIdentify systematic issues regarding equipment and generate a planLead root cause analysis and implementation of long-term solutions to prevent recurrences, manager KPI's including run hours, MTBF, and cost to repair; reporting monthlyAdditional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesWhat we are looking for2-year technical degree OR 2-4 years of equivalent maintenance leadership in a manufacturing environmentMinimum 5 years of demonstrated expertise in a leadership capacityHigh technical and mechanical aptitudeExpert problem solving - driving issues to root cause/corrective actionProject management skills Knowledge of utilizing Word, Access, and ExcelWhat we preferBachelor Degree in Engineering Experience in SAP a plusHave or seek to obtain Green Belt or higher for continuous improvement processesReliability programs/tools experienceCMMS module experience (design, application, reporting)Come join us!Energizer is an equal opportunity employer, and we prohibit discrimination based on age, color, disability, marital or parental status, veteran status, national origin, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other legally protected status in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.Total Rewards PackageThe salary range for this position is USD $66,000.00/Yr. - USD $95,000.00/Yr.Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
