Job Summary Our client is seeking a diligent and bilingual Front Desk Manager for an Ortho Clinic. The role involves managing check-in and check-out processes, preparing charts, and ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to manage workflow efficiently, and comfortable working with worker's compensation cases. Key Responsibilities Manage check-in and check-out processes on Mondays and Thursdays, starting at 7:30 AM, and other weekdays from 8:30 AM. Open and manage office operations on scheduled days, ensuring readiness for patients and staff. Prepare patient charts daily, ensuring accuracy and completeness for staff handling. Adapt and adjust responsibilities according to staffing needs, including potential for extended monthly duties without additional staff. Qualifications Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Skills Effective communication skills in English and Spanish. Strong organizational and time management skills to manage office workflow and patient scheduling. Schedule: Mondays & Thursdays - 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays - 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Benefits: Paid Sick Leave (Medix provides paid sick leave according to state and local sick leave ordinances).
