EstimatorPosition Overview We're seeking a skilled Electrical Estimator to join our team and support commercial construction projects. This role involves reviewing plans, preparing accurate cost estimates, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities + Analyze project plans, specifications, and electrical drawings + Develop detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors + Conduct site visits to assess project scope and conditions + Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to align on scope and expectations + Maintain and update estimating software and cost databases + Support value engineering and cost-saving initiatives + Submit competitive bids and proposals on schedule and follow up with clients Required Skills + Expertise in electrical estimation and commercial construction + Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and construction practices + Proficiency in estimating software + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents Qualifications + Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial electrical estimating + Solid knowledge of industry standards and best practices + Strong communication and organizational skills Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $52.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
