Maintenance ManagerPosition Overview The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of the facility, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally and safely. This role involves managing maintenance staff, coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance, and implementing safety protocols to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance of equipment and facilities.Manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and leadership.Oversee the maintenance management system (CMMS) to track maintenance activities and schedules.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols across all maintenance operations.Coordinate with vendors for procurement and management of spare parts and maintenance supplies.Conduct inspections and testing of facility infrastructure, production equipment, and safety systems.Perform root cause analysis on equipment breakdowns and implement corrective actions.Develop and manage the annual maintenance budget.Facilitate training programs on safety, maintenance procedures, and equipment operations.QualificationsProven experience in maintenance management or a related field.Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance.Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).Excellent leadership and team management skills.Background in electrical and mechanical engineering is preferred.Familiarity with HVAC systems, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure.Experience with preventative maintenance programs and practices.Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.BenefitsCompetitive compensation range of $75-90K targeted - flexible based on experience401K: match up to 5% with $1/$1 matchingDental InsuranceHealth InsuranceVision InsurancePTO
