Two Hands (twohandshospitality.com / @twohandsrestaurant) is seeking a lead barista to join our team at Two Hands Tribeca . Open availability is essential, especially  on weekends . Two Hands Hospitality is a group of community-focused Australian restaurants. Serving breakfast through dinner, we fuel your lifestyle with fresh, delicious food, cocktails, and coffee. We are a fast-growing, innovative hospitality group with restaurants in NYC, Austin, Dallas, Nashville, Franklin, and Denver. This is a lead barista position. Extensive barista experience in a restaurant is required, as well as leadership experience in previous positions. OUR KEY REQUIREMENTS: At least three years of experience as a barista in a high-volume and fast-paced restaurant environment Open availability is required, especially on weekends Bar experience is a plus Knowledge and understanding of a daytime dining program that includes coffee, specialty drinks, alcoholic beverages, and varied menu items Ability to maintain composure during busy service periods and show initiative in undertaking side work during slower times Reliability and punctuality A friendly, welcoming, and energetic personality Ability and willingness to learn and work well within a team Great work ethic and a passion for service A love for hospitality WE OFFER: Daily compensation average of $35 - $42 per hour including tips Health insurance available after 3 months A 50% employee discount for you and up to four guests on food and drinks when dining outside of work hours Positive, collaborative work environment Room for growth within the company Two Hands celebrates unity and diversity.
