The Urban Cowboy Lodge and Resort is looking for a Server! Urban Cowboy Lodge and Resort is located in Big Indian, NY. Just a couple hours away from New York City tucked in between the Slide Mountain and Big Indian Wilderness. We are a small team of hard-working, passionate and caring people so skill, personality and positive disposition are a must. We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage pro. One who strives to give great service, enriches 'the vibe' of the Lodge and contributes to its healthy work environment. Of course we also need the normal stuff such as the ability to multitask, a sense of urgency, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have an eye for detail. You must also come with lots of food and beverage knowledge. If this is describing you, great, let's talk! This role is for 30-40 hours per week. Weekend availability is a must. In addition to serving responsibilities will include, but not be limited to cleaning, set up and breakdown of service area, executing points of service and directives and assisting other departments when necessary. Food, food allergy, wine, beer and cocktail knowledge is a must as well. Please have at least one year of serving and/or two years of cocktail experience. We can't wait to meet you!
