The ideal candidate will bring strong SAP project management expertise, a proven track record in regulated or manufacturing industries, and the ability to drive complex, global initiatives to successful delivery.Key InitiativesVertex Global Tax System ImplementationRecently finalized rollout to replace end-of-life tax systems across multiple regions.Focus regions: Brazil, North America, and EMEA, including compliance with specific EU tax requirements.Three red track projects have been identified and must be completed prior to the S/4HANA implementation.None of these projects have started yet, requiring full project lifecycle management.ReedSoft Legacy System ReplacementCurrent dissatisfaction with Tungsten Automation/Kofax has prompted an RFP process for replacement.ReedSoft is a critical Swiss Army knife tool used for:Accounts Payable invoice processingReceiving documentationInbound order capture from customer PDFs (previously discontinued due to inefficiencies)Estimated duration: 12 months for full implementation.Brazil NFE Compliance ProjectDriven by a six-year government transformation program requiring a rip-and-replace approach.September 1 compliance milestone was recently achieved, but end-of-year deadlines remain critical.Over 400 SAP notes were identified, with many addressed through the SP24 upgrade.Requires significant technical oversight to ensure full compliance by year-end.Qualifications5+ years of SAP Project Management experienceProven success in Manufacturing or Regulated IndustriesStrong background in both Waterfall and Agile methodologiesExcellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple large-scale, global SAP initiatives simultaneously
