You'll work closely with a team of talented designers and oversee multiple aspects of project development while mentoring junior staff and ensuring that all work aligns with high industry standards and sustainable practices.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team DevelopmentLead and manage a team of landscape architecture staff, supporting their professional growth and ensuring project excellenceCreate a collaborative, communicative environment with strong morale and a shared visionProvide feedback, mentorship, and regular performance evaluationsStay ahead of industry trends and implement best practices when applicableProject OversightDirect and manage all phases of landscape architecture projects, from concept through constructionServe as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong and lasting relationshipsCoordinate with sub-consultants, vendors, and other project stakeholdersMaintain active professional licensure in applicable statesChampion innovative and sustainable design solutionsSupervisory DutiesOversee the work of Associates and Landscape DesignersReport directly to firm leadership and contribute to strategic planning and team developmentQualificationsBachelors and/or Masters degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited institutionActive licensure as a Landscape ArchitectMinimum of 5 years experience in a leadership or senior project management roleProven success in managing projects, people, and client relationshipsStrong expertise in site planning, planting design, layout, and construction detailingProficiency in sustainable site design principles and applicationsExcellent communication and time management skillsTechnical ProficiencyMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Cloud, Lumion (or similar tools)Comfortable with standard office and communication equipmentWhy Join Us?Youll be joining a team that values innovation, authenticity, and collaborationand youll be doing it at a critical time when your voice will help shape the future.
