Key Responsibilities:Architect, develop, and deploy AI/ML models designed for production environments in construction.Build and maintain robust data pipelines for data collection, preprocessing, model training, validation, and operational corporate advancements in LLM/NLP technologies to enable automated contract analysis, risk detection, and chatbot support for customers and field teams.Deliver predictive models to forecast project schedules, equipment utilization, budget variances, and workforce planning.Apply MLOps best practices (CI/CD, monitoring, model retraining) to ensure accuracy, reliability, and transparency.Document models, APIs, and workflows to support knowledge transfer across IT, engineering, and product teams.Evaluate and implement hosting solutions and off-the-shelf AI tools where applicable.Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities and integrate AI-driven improvements into workflows.VIVA Railings is seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking AI Analyst to join our IT team. This role will lead the development, implementation, and optimization of advanced AI/ML solutions within real-world construction workflows, driving smarter, safer, and more efficient project outcomes.QualificationsBachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.Minimum 3 years of practical experience as an AI/ML Engineer, Data Scientist, or Applied ML Engineer with production deployment experience.Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).Advanced SQL/NoSQL database knowledge and ETL/data engineering skills.Familiarity with SaaS/ERP systems, construction technology platforms, or BIM/CAD integration.Understanding of scalable, multi-tenant SaaS architectures. Preferred Skills:Experience in predictive analytics for project management, operations, and resource planning.Proven success collaborating across engineering, product, and field operations.Strong communication and technical documentation skills.Passion for solving complex, real-world challenges in the construction sector.
