Electrical Estimator (Greensboro)

What Youll Be Doing:Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial and industrial electrical projects (ground-up, renovations, tenant improvements)Analyze project drawings, specifications, and related documents to determine scope and requirementsSolicit and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliersPerform quantity takeoffs and create labor and material cost summariesPresent cost estimates and budgets to clients and internal teamsTrack project changes and adjust estimates accordinglyCollaborate with Project Managers and leadership to support job turnover and executionThe Ideal Candidate:3+ years of experience in electrical estimating (commercial or industrial construction)Strong understanding of NEC, construction drawings, and electrical systemsProficient with estimating software (Accubid, McCormick, or similar) and MS Office SuiteClient Benefits:Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus potentialComprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k match)Career growth within a stable, expanding electrical contractorPaid holidays and generous PTO from day oneCollaborative, team-oriented environment with strong leadership support
