The first phasea 400-unit, 6-story wrap-style multifamily projectis already underway. Phase 2 will build on this momentum as part of a larger plan to deliver over 1,000 market-rate apartments. Were seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead this next high-profile phase from day one.Your new roleAs the Senior Project Manager, youll lead the buyout and budgeting process, oversee documentation workflows (RFIs, submittals, change orders), and partner closely with the Lead Superintendent to drive the project to successful completionon time and on budget.
