Security Architect (Bridgewater)

Were seeking a highly skilled Security Architect / Operations Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and automation of cybersecurity solutions across multiple technology development labs nationwide. This role is ideal for someone with strong DevSecOps experience and a passion for innovation in threat detection and response.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement integrated security frameworks across lab environments.Automate deployment of cybersecurity tools, patches, and hardening configurations using Ansible, PowerShell, Python, and shell scripting.Explore and apply Generative AI models for threat prediction and automated response.Lead deployment and configuration of Splunk Enterprise Security and onboard data sources for detection use cases.Manage vulnerability detection and remediation programs using Tenable Nessus.Administer endpoint protection tools including CrowdStrike and Sophos.Deploy and manage privileged access tools such as CyberArk and BeyondTrust.Conduct penetration testing using Rapid7 Metasploit, Kali Linux, and other tools.Provide incident response and security event management across multiple U.S. sites.Advise lab managers and developers on security best practices.Support firewall backup administration (Juniper SRX, Palo Alto).Work across Linux, Windows, Active Directory, and IP networking environments; familiarity with RedHat OpenShift is a plus.Qualifications:Proven experience in cybersecurity architecture and operations.Strong scripting and automation skills.Hands-on experience with security tools and platforms listed above.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
