About the Job-Were looking for a motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our Austin team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the fast-paced world of construction and wants to play a key role in bringing projects to life. Youll work alongside experienced project leaders to oversee and drive all phases of construction projects from planning to execution. Youll collaborate directly with contractors and designers, monitor budgets and schedules, and ensure every detail aligns with contract specs. Simply put: we love building, and we love doing it well.What Youll Do-Help plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities to meet deadlines.Assist with preparing proposals, budgets, reports, and cost tracking.Review job sites for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.Participate in job walks and pre-construction assessments.Support contract preparation and negotiations with architects, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.Help lead project teams, troubleshoot issues, and keep stakeholders aligned.Contribute to quality control, environmental protection programs, and overall project success.What You Bring To The Table-HS diploma required; Bachelors in Construction Management (or similar) preferred.Experience in commercial construction (K12 preferred).Knowledge of CSP or JOC projects.Project management experience with strong organizational skills.Tech-savvy with proficiency in Procore, preferred.Why Youll Love Working Here-Continuous training and career development.Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing petitive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401(k).Paid vacation and work-life balance support.Be part of a company that values teamwork, innovation, and your success.
