OverviewJob Title: General Manager – Commercial Property ManagementLocation: ChinoWhat You’ll Do Lead all aspects of commercial property operations, including strategic planning, financial management, tenant retention, and leasing. Oversee budgets, forecasting, rent collections, CAM reconciliations, and capital projects to maximize property performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and investors to optimize occupancy and asset value. Manage and mentor a high-performing team of property managers, operations staff, and administrative professionals. Ensure properties meet the highest operational, aesthetic, and compliance standards. Use Yardi software to monitor financials, reporting, and operational metrics.What We’re Looking For 5+ years of commercial real estate management experience (retail, shopping centers, or mixed-use strongly). Proven expertise in leasing, tenant relations, and financial oversight. Proficiency with Yardi software or similar property management platforms. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
