Ballyhoo Hospitality Group is seeking an energetic, hospitality focused Host to join our third location in Hinsdale. You will have an opportunity to be part of the opening team.  Concept Overview: DeNucci’s At Ballyhoo Hospitality, hospitality and community come first. Job Summary: The Host role is pivotal in creating a positive first impression for our guests. The ideal candidate will be pleasant, detail-oriented, and consistently professional, possessing strong hospitality instincts and a genuine drive to exceed guest expectations. Success in this role requires the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, communicate effectively, and contribute to smooth service operations and the delivery of high-quality service. Exude warmth and hospitality in all interactions. Drive sales and covers through acute management of reservation software Ensure the overall guest experience exceeds expectations and build relationships with guests while encouraging regulars. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both with guests and team members. Serve guests as part of a team by anticipating their needs, initiating conversation, offering assistance and advice. Ability to work cohesively with co-workers both front and back of the house. Ability to learn the menu and and comfortably guide the guest  Passion to learn and participate in daily food and beverage training. Proficiency in Restaurant reservation systems  Ability to maintain a clean working environment. Must pass general information and food and beverage quizzes. May perform other duties as assigned.
