We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Service Representative to join our team at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Responsibilities: * Drive sales by identifying potential customers, promoting products/services, and closing deals. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up. * Provide personalized service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales and customer service in the plumbing and or HVAC field. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed. * Knowledge of plumbing, hvac and construction in general is required.
