Job Duties Partner with hiring managers to draft and post job descriptions and ads. Oversee logistics for postings across the college site, applicant tracking system, and external platforms. Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers during recruitment, hiring, and onboarding. Monitor ad performance and recommend improvements, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Support employee orientation and engagement initiatives for a positive onboarding experience. Manage recruitment and onboarding records in the HR information system. Draft appointment letters and assist with onboarding, transfers, terminations, and filing. Provide guidance on HR policies and respond to employee inquiries. Perform general HR office support and additional assigned tasks. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 1–3 years of HR experience, including at least 1 year in recruitment. Strong communication, writing, and editing skills. Professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential matters. Strong judgment, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite, with adaptability to new technologies. Commitment to fostering relationships in a diverse college community.
