Payroll Lead

We are seeking a new talent to join the team as the Payroll Lead for Mexico. This person should have experience implementing multiple SAP Payroll implementations in Mexico. Responsibilities: As a country payroll lead, you will be responsible for translating client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of technology, function, or platform. You will collaborate with the Delivery Teams. You are expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience, possess influencing and advisory skills, and be responsible for team decisions. Engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions will be essential, as well as providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams. Master proficiency in Payroll processes for Mexico and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is required. Expert proficiency in Requirements Analysis, Solution Architecture, and Solution Planning Costing & Pricing is suggested, along with master proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll. Develop innovative solutions that align with client needs and industry standards. Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. Create detailed documentation to support solution design and implementation. Mentor and guide team members in best practices for solution architecture. Continuously evaluate and improve existing solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
