Quality Control Analyst

The Science Team at Russell Tobin & Associates supporting the Pharmaceutical Industry that has an opening for Quality Control Analyst in Oceanside, CA! Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Analyst to support laboratory operations in compliance with GMP and regulatory standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting testing, analyzing data, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across bioassay and cell culture processes. Additional Details: Contract Length: 12 months with the possibility of extension Pay range: $37 to $47/hour on W2 as per experience Key Responsibilities Conduct quality control testing on products and raw materials. Analyze test results, identify deviations, and report findings in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory guidelines, and internal quality standards. Document all quality control procedures, data, and results accurately. Assist in troubleshooting issues and participate in root cause analysis to support continuous improvement. Basic Qualifications: 5–10 years of experience in Quality Control, with specific expertise in BioAssay or Cell Culture. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid understanding of industry best practices in QC and laboratory operations. Preferred Hands-on experience with laboratory GMP testing. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
