What You'll Be Doing Manage daily service call requests and dispatch work orders to field technicians. Optimize daily routes to ensure productivity and on-time appointments. Monitor technicians' work order status and make real-time adjustments as needed. Communicate with customers before and after service to ensure a great experience. Collaborate with management and team members to resolve issues and maintain efficiency. Maintain regular contact with technicians to provide support or adjust service levels based on customer calls. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dispatch or scheduling role. Experience in Pest Control, Lawn Care, HVAC, or Plumbing is a plus. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency with Google Apps (Docs, Sheets) and a willingness to learn new systems. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.
