With multiple established locations in New York City and new clubs opening nationwide, we are redefining how Americans play, connect, and compete. The Role We are seeking an experienced Regional General Manager to oversee operations across our three New York City clubs. This leader will drive performance, consistency, and excellence across sites — ensuring each location delivers the best member experience, achieves financial goals, and reflects our brand standards. Key Responsibilities Own the P&L performance of three NYC clubs, driving revenue growth, cost control, and profitability Lead and develop a team of General Managers and department heads across locations Implement and maintain operational standards, processes, and KPIs across all clubs Drive membership growth, retention, and engagement through superior service and programming Partner with marketing, events, and coaching teams to deliver a world-class member experience Ensure compliance with safety, staffing, and facility standards across sites Support new location openings and scaling initiatives in the NYC market What We’re Looking For 7+ years in multi-site operations leadership , ideally in racket sports or premium fitness Proven success in P&L ownership, revenue growth, and retention Strong people leader with experience managing multi-layered teams Familiarity with racket sports culture — tennis, pickleball, squash or ideally padel — and enthusiasm for the sport’s community Entrepreneurial, hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-growing environment Track record of delivering consistent standards and scalable systems Why Join Us?
