Patient Services Representative – Arcadia, CA Location: Arcadia Orthopedics | Cedars-Sinai Medical Network We are seeking a Patient Services Representative (PSR) to join our team in Arcadia, CA. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and patient-facing experience who thrives in a fast-paced medical office or call center setting. Schedule: Day shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for patients both in-person and via phone. Greet patients, check them in/out, and assist with concerns or escalations. Collect and reconcile co-payments and issue receipts. Verify demographics, insurance, and benefits in CS-Link/Epic . Schedule appointments, complete patient registration, and manage referrals/authorizations. Process patient/provider correspondence and explain clinic policies or procedures. Maintain a sanitized and organized workspace per department standards. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma. COVID-19 vaccination (fully vaccinated + boosted). 1+ year of recent experience in an outpatient clinic or medical office setting. 1+ year of call center experience. Knowledge of medical insurance, referral processes, and benefit plans. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years’ experience as a Patient Services Representative. Experience with patient check-in process. Proficiency in Epic/CS-Link .
