Required Experience: 2-5 years of staffing/recruiting agency or high-volume corporate recruiting experience with a focus on Finance and Accounting, Engineering, IT, Project Management, or related skill sets. Prefer candidates who have full-lifecycle recruiting experience Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems Strong organizational and documentation skills. Sponge and Growth mindset, must be financially motivated. Full cycle recruiting experience from initial cold & warm outreach, negotiating compensation, delivering offers, and closing candidates.
