What you will be doing as the Manufacturing Training Manager: Overseeing all training programs in the manufacturing facility to enhance employee skills, promote safety, and ensure regulatory compliance. Understand production floor and how operations are run. Ability to streamline and simplify processes. Developing, drive, and implement training strategies in collaboration with HR. Managing training delivery, tracking progress, and collaborating with leadership on workforce development. Drive continuous improvement within the Training and Development team and communicate strategy. Ensure that the training program is documented for regulatory and policy needs, while maintaining a working knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with leadership on gap analysis/assessments to ensure that training content and programs are updated based on analytical findings. What you will need as the Manufacturing Training Manager: Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field. 4+ years of relatable experience. Strong leadership, communication, organizational skills. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and compliance requirements.
