Creative Operations Manager

Title: Creative Operations Manager Industry: Entertainment Location: Glendale, California Duration: 12 months Responsibilities: Manage the intake log, including routing approvals, assigning projects, and coordinating leadership sign-offs Serve as a point of contact for project requesters, clarifying scope and sharing updates Support daily operations and quarterly reporting in partnership with the Manager of Production Management Create and distribute leadership briefs and reports using Smartsheet on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis Maintain strong client relationships and help resolve operational challenges for internal and external teams Contribute to corporate initiatives, including process optimization and tool enhancements Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, communications, events, or administrative support Proficient in Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Keynote, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Familiarity with project management platforms, preferably Smartsheet Background in marketing or creative agency work is a plus Associate degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius.
