OVERVIEW Insight Global is seeking a Senior Safety Coordinator in Conesville, OH to join a large MEP contractor in the area! This individual will be supporting the Division Safety Manager with day-to-day safety monitoring, reporting/documenting, and training at the project site. This is an amazing chance to support a variety of projects from small to multi-million-dollar, mission critical work with an employee-owned organization that operates across the U.S.! Responsibilities Include: Maintain all site required documentation related to safety issues, including accident reports, inspection reports and training logs. Tour and inspect small or large, complex job sites to ensure compliance with company, state and federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules and regulations. Document investigation of accidents and injuries. Submit investigation data to regulatory agencies as required and consult with Division Safety Manager on decisions that significantly impact the company. Coordinate with General Contractor and any other subcontractors/third party teams on site to support safety activities and compliance. Preferred Qualifications 4+ years of experience in a construction safety specific role Experience with accident investigation, root cause analysis, toolbox talks, safety standups, JHAs, and other standard safety activities OSHA 510 Certified CPR/First Aid Certified **CHST, ASP, or CSP Certifications are highly preferred. All employment offers contingent upon completion of pre-employment background screening and drug test. Compensation : $30 - $48. Exact compensation may vary depending on individual skills, years of experience, certifications, and education. Additionally, after 90 days of employment, employees will have access to 401(k) account contributions.
