Superintendent – Luxury Custom Homes Location: Palm Beach Island & Jupiter, FL Salary: Up to $150,000 + Benefits Are you an experienced Superintendent with a passion for building luxury custom homes ? This is an incredible opportunity to join a high-end residential builder delivering some of the most prestigious projects in Palm Beach County. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on leader to oversee ground-up luxury residences from start to finish, ensuring impeccable quality, tight scheduling, and an exceptional client experience. What You’ll Do Manage all on-site construction activities for multi-million-dollar custom homes. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to maintain schedule and budget. Conduct daily site walks, enforce safety standards, and ensure clean job sites. Work closely with architects, designers, and owners to deliver a flawless finished product. Maintain detailed documentation, progress reporting, and punch list tracking. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of Superintendent experience with luxury or high-end residential projects. Strong knowledge of ground-up residential construction and high-quality finishes. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
