This role is a critical part of the global Human Resources team, responsible for the configuration, optimization, and integration of Workday’s Time Tracking, Scheduling, Payroll, and Absence Management modules. It is ideally suited for a seasoned Workday professional with hands-on experience leading system transitions from ADP to Workday, especially in large, global organizations with complex compliance needs. The successful candidate will possess deep knowledge of Workday Time and Scheduling functionality, from initial setup through project execution and post-implementation support. This position requires close collaboration with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to drive system enhancements, ensure regulatory compliance, and support scalable operations across international sites. Key Responsibilities: Act as a hands-on, detail-oriented resource with Workday certification in Time Tracking, Scheduling, and Payroll. Configure, support, and optimize Workday modules for Time Tracking, Scheduling, and Payroll. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues within these Workday modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system deployment and post-launch support. Perform data analysis and reporting using intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Document system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and best practices for internal use. Support broader HR systems and shared services projects as needed. Qualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. 5–8 years of related professional experience. Over 10 years of Workday HCM experience, specifically in Time Tracking, Scheduling, Payroll, and Absence Management. At least 7 years of Workday SME or consulting experience on mid-to-large-scale HRIS projects. Proven track record leading end-to-end migrations from ADP eTime to Workday, including data conversion, testing, and go-live support. Technical Skills & Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR systems, workflows, and compliance requirements. Experience supporting global payroll and timekeeping systems, with attention to local labor laws, holidays, and absence regulations. Workday certification in relevant modules, or the ability to become certified. Additional experience in other Workday modules is a plus. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in report writing and query development. Soft Skills: Strong communication and documentation abilities. Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence stakeholders across various levels. Capable of managing multiple projects and delivering results on time. Effective at facilitating design sessions and driving cross-functional collaboration. Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills. Additional Attributes: Familiarity with international HR or payroll operations is advantageous. Proven ability to build strong working relationships across departments.
