THE POSITION: As Superintendent , you will be driving project success in the field, leading day-to-day operations from site mobilization through final turnover. This is an opportunity to oversee high-profile, complex projects, with direct visibility to the executive team and a clear pathway into senior leadership. RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring alignment among subcontractors, vendors, and project partners. Maintain strong knowledge of construction documents and verify that all work is performed in full compliance with project specifications and standards. Lead site safety efforts, enforcing OSHA requirements and the project safety plan to create a secure working environment. Evaluate daily workforce levels for subcontractors and crews, ensuring adequate staffing and productivity. Monitor material and equipment needs, track deliveries, and prevent delays or onsite shortages. Contribute to project scheduling, providing input to create, update, and maintain realistic timelines. Collaborate with the Project Manager on site logistics, services, safety planning, and security measures. Track subcontractor performance against commitments, addressing deficiencies in manpower or hours as needed. Ensure strict adherence to the general contract, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and compliance. Prepare accurate daily reports and lead weekly site safety meetings to keep all stakeholders aligned. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 5 years of construction experience, including at least 3 projects served as Superintendent. Demonstrated organizational and leadership abilities, with a strong commitment to jobsite safety. Professional presence with excellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong relationships with inspectors, subcontractors, architects, and owner representatives. In-depth field supervision expertise across layout, framing, MEP systems, and finish trades. Sharp eye for detail and quality standards in drywall, paint, and finish work. Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local building codes. Proven record of maintaining safe jobsites in line with OSHA requirements and best practices.
