Project Specialist

Job Title: Project Professional Location: Wooddale, IL Reports to: GM of Chicago Branch Ocean Service Division Salary Range: $70K- $80K /year Purpose: Equipment Project Professional Essential Duties: Manage full-cycle projects transport, installation, leveling, piping., etc. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams Review equipment layout drawings and issue instructions Main responsibilities include arranging local rigging crews, labor resources, and scheduling site work in coordination with subcontractors and internal teams Cover projects across the Midwest region (primarily Columbus, Chicago, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, etc.) as needed. ※ It depends on the needs of the project. On average, we will be on-site for about one week per month. Minimum Requirements, Education, and Experience: No educational background required Experience in equipment installation, etc. Skill Sets Required: Communication skills Experience or knowledge in equipment installation/construction PC Skills with Word, Excel, Power point Japanese language skill is a plus Behavioral Descriptors: Teamwork skills and inclination Excellent interpersonal and coordination abilities Ability to understand, and maintain multi-cultural relationships.
