About The Role The Junior Project Manager is responsible for assisting in leading the successful delivery of projects across COSOL and client environments, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within scope, and within budget. This role provides governance, and coordination across all phases of the project lifecycle, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and applying best practice methodologies to drive efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction. We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator that is ambitious and ready to step up into a Junior PM role! What You’ll do Manage COSOL’s smaller engagements as well as the upgrade projects in the managed services team Coordinate project activities to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation Track progress against milestones and escalate risks or delays Liaise with internal teams and external consultants, contractors, and authorities Organise and document meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure clear communication Maintain project records and prepare reports, presentations, and financial summaries Support procurement, finance, and legal processes including vendor onboarding, and contract administration Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and business planning What You’ll Need to Succeed Strong experience in a project coordination role with the ambition and drive to step up into a PM role! A customer centric focus and a genuine passion for delivering great outcomes for clients Experience in coordinating complex projects and an understanding of project management methodologies, documentation and processes Proficient in MS Office and project management software, eg. excel, PowerPoint, MS Project Ability to build effective relationships and stakeholder management Excellent organisational, attention to detail and written & verbal communication skills Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain project momentum *Please note, to be eligible for this position, you must be a US Citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold a current valid working visa for the US.
