Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects across Philadelphia. The ideal candidate has a proven record of tenure with previous employers and is ready to join a company offering long-term projects, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits. The Superintendent will be responsible for managing field operations, coordinating subcontractors and crews, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion Manage and mentor subcontractors, site crews, and field staff to ensure productivity and quality Enforce OSHA and company safety standards, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure adherence to design and quality requirements Conduct daily inspections, proactively resolving issues to prevent delays Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to maintain project alignment Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, inspections, and safety logs Support long-term planning and workforce development across multiple projects Candidate Requirements Minimum 8+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 5 years as a Superintendent or General Superintendent Proven record of long tenure with previous employer(s) demonstrating stability and commitment Experience managing complex, ground-up commercial projects (office, retail, healthcare, mixed-use, etc.) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, PlanGrid, MS Project, or similar) Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred What We Offer Long-term career opportunities with a stable and reputable company Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, retirement, and paid time off The opportunity to lead signature commercial projects across Philadelphia
