Key Responsibilities: Lead pricing efforts for reinsurance programs across multiple lines of business, with a strong emphasis on program business. Develop and refine pricing models, methodologies, and tools to support underwriting decisions. Collaborate closely with underwriting, finance, and reserving teams to ensure alignment on pricing assumptions and profitability targets. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior actuaries and analysts. Present pricing recommendations and insights to senior leadership and external stakeholders. Qualifications: Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS) strongly preferred. 10+ years of actuarial experience, with a focus on reinsurance pricing. Proven expertise in program business pricing is highly preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in actuarial modeling tools and software (e.g., R, Python, SQL, Excel).
