Assistant Store Manager

The primary responsibility of the assistant manger is to help oversee store's daily operations and to manage the sales and team members' personal development to ensure customers are receiving the highest level of customer service. Responsible for opening/closing as scheduled and bank deposits. The ideal candidate will have at least 1- 2 years of previous retail management experience. Business background preferred. Must possess knowledge of hardware related products along with a willingness to learn. Computer skills necessary for store operations. Must enjoy working with people. Ability & flexibility to work hours including evenings/weekends to meet the needs of the business.
